Writer, Director, & Composer
Farhan Rashid is an ambitious writer/director with a burning passion for storytelling. Born & raised in Toronto, Canada, he has always been drawn to the creative arts, and he knew from a young age that he wanted to pursue a career in film.
He made his directorial debut in the summer of 2023 with the thriller short film, Weekending, written by Adrian Di Nardo. Just months later, Farhan wrote, composed, & directed the original short jazz musical, We’ve Never Met. It was a daring task, but with the help of his team and mentors, he was able to bring his vision to life. Through his everlasting passion and dedication, he aims to make his mark in the film industry and become a respected name in the world of cinema.
